This is a question that many people keep asking me, and its quite normal because I have been in the same situation before.
We always feel like we don’t know enough or and are not yet ready to apply for our first web developer. But let me tell you something, most of my students and subscribers that I have been helping, they already have more than enough experience to get their first job! This is only a problem of self confidence.
Remember that if this is your first job, you will not be expected to know everything! You will learn most of the things in the job itself, because you will be facing many challenges that you would not encounter if you were coding at home alone. You will have the help of managers and senior developers that will guide you, and answer you questions.
A company when hires a junior developer, they expect you to not have a lot of knowledge, but expect you to be someone who is eager to learn and become a better developer. That’s why Junior developers roles are good for companies, because they can pay you a low salary, and in 3 or 6 months your knowledge will increase significantly, so you will be able to do more work and faster, but your salary will still be the same.
